Product Introduction
Product introduction:
This is a glass thickness and warping online measuring machine, which integrates mechanics, optics, laser radiation technologies and others.
It has been is developed for measurement of batch produced glass panels and plate specific products.
A conveyor belt delivers the glass to be measured; according to series of preset operating logics; 5 sets of laser probes read data in real-time, these data are recorded and analyzed automatically by the software.
Data results include: glass thickness, flatness, warpage and all relevant data.
Up-warp and sink analysis functions are also included in the software; if PLC is equipped, the instrument can also be used to implement automated production.
The measurement rate is up to 1200 pieces/hour.
An effective, quick online measurement solution is provided.
